A & J Cake and Candy has classes for everyone, from the beginner to the advanced. Free Candy Demonstrations Candy demos are the highlight of our business. Candy classes start in September and run through June. Demos are free! They are from 10:00am-12:00pm. You will be given a free recipe booklet, a mold and samples to taste. Classes will emphasize the current holiday and provide you a way to make beautiful and delicious gifts for all you know. You will learn how to make cluster candies, dip cookies, make your own delicious bon-bons, fudges, chocolate pizzas, hard candy and much more. Pre-registration is a must to guarantee a seat. June. 1 15 3 31 31 14 Come in to sign up for classes! Cake Decorating Classes A & J proudly offers cake decorating lessons taught by Linda Hermann. You will be amazed at what the first four lessons will teach you. You will learn how to: finish and ice your cake, split and fill your cake, make flowers, stems, bows, leaves and three different borders. You will also start cake sculpting and figure piping. You will furnish your supplies from a list provided to you. Class length listed is approximate. No one ever leaves without a fully decorated cake.
