Here are some thoughts for the season. Everyone has company show up at their house unexpectedly around the holidays and they of course have a gift for you. What to do - what to do. Just make in advance some easy chocolate treats, keep them handy in a secret place and you can be the most gracious host. It can be something as simple as peppermint crunch chocolate (yummy!) or chocolate coated popcorn (so easy) or chocolate dipped oreos decorated with a festive holiday royal icing topper. They can all be done ahead to time and stored for several weeks.
